A native New Yorker, Meltser has been working in the industry for over 11 years, on the management side as well as brokerage. Meltser began his career with Goodman Management in 2000 and currently serves as the company's assistant controller in addition to his responsibilities as the firm's top producing broker. In 2005, Meltser obtained his real estate license putting his working familiarity with building systems and operations to his clients' immediate advantage.
