McNeill joins Handler as director, property management

Manhattan, NY According to Handler Real Estate Org., Jesse McNeill has joined as director, property management. In this newly created role, McNeill will oversee the day-to-day, on-site operations of Handler’s owned properties.

“As our entire organization continues to grow it became important to create a new position to help manage our portfolio of owned assets,” said Handler principal and CEO Scott Galin. “Jesse is a smart, sophisticated real estate executive with excellent experience working with world-class organizations and helping run significant assets and larger portfolios. He will make an excellent addition to our team.”

Prior to Handler, McNeill held property management positions with Vornado Realty Trust, Tishman Speyer, and Colliers Int’l., in total having serviced more than 5 million s/f of class A office properties throughout the city.

While with Vornado, McNeil helped manage office properties including 650 Madison Ave., 595 Madison Ave., and 1740 Broadway, among others, while with Tishman Speyer he represented various Rockefeller Center properties, as well as the Olympic Tower.

McNeil received his BA in Broadcast Journalism and Cinema Studies/Dramatic Literature from New York University, graduating cum laude in 2005.
