Felton McLaughlin of NAI Platform represented the seller and Tom Cairns of NAI Platform represented the buyer of 357-363 Morris St. The 31-unit apartment building sold for $2.4 million. The building was built in 1929 by Albany Medical Center to house nurses who work at the hospital.
