NAI Platform has brokered two leases at 41 State St. totaling 3,509 s/f. The deals include the following:
* A five-year lease for 1,538 s/f of office space. Felton McLaughlin of NAI Platform brokered both sides of the deal. The lessor was Albany Management and the lessee was SMART Business Consulting. They moved downtown from a suburban office location because they missed all the benefits of being in the Central Business District.
* A two-year lease for 1,971 s/f of office space brokered by McLaughlin. The lessor was Albany Management and the lessee was Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO,) a 30-year old organization based in NYC who performs placement work for various NYS agencies. They are expanding from the N.Y. metro area and this will be their second office in upstate N.Y.41 State Street - Albany, NY
