McKinney promoted as assistant director at Studley
Studley has promoted Ryan McKinney to assistant director of its N.Y. office. McKinney, who joined Studley in 2007 as a research specialist, has utilized his expertise to generate new business as well as to service the company's existing client base. His market data has also been used for internal analysis and to provide material for Studley's quarterly reports. During his career, he has completed transactions totaling 1 million s/f for clients such as Time Warner, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Meebo Inc., Sapient Corp. and BuckleySandler LLP.
McKinney, 27, was formerly an associate in the company's New York office. Before joining Studley, he worked in property management with Hill Top associates.
A graduate of St. Michael's College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, McKinney is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York and is an active volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
