McGuire Development to provide owner representation services to Gemcor

McGuire Development Company, a local commercial development, brokerage and property management firm, will provide owner representation services to Gemcor during a major expansion at the company's headquarters in West Seneca. Gemcor designs, manufactures, installs and services electronic fastening systems for the aerospace industry. McGuire Development Company will direct the expansion to Gemcor's high bay, crane serviced assembly facility utilizing its owner representation services. This includes working with Gemcor to select the architect and construction manager, completing a full budget review and facilitating the process efficiently to eliminate unnecessary change orders during the expansion process.
