McGuire Development Co., a local development, brokerage and property management firm will begin development of a 15,000 s/f office building on 1.5 acres at 6325 Main St., east of Erie Community College. Construction will begin soon with the facility ready for move-in by December 1.
Szymkowiak & Associates, an accounting firm specializing in tax, accounting and business consulting, will occupy 7,200 s/f.
McGuire Development received approval from the Amherst Industrial Development Agency recently for an incentive package for the project.
