McGorman and Lease of John J. Lease Realtors secure 10,000 s/f sale

John J. Lease Realtors have sold the 10,000 s/f commercial building located at 299 Washington St. and Robinson Ave. This highly visible building was owned and occupied for years by J.D. Parella Electric Corp. The new owner is United Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Plumbing and Heating. United is owned by Richard Fracasse and was founded in the mid 1960's. They have expanded their operations from 15 to 20 employees and specialize in commercial heating and plumbing. The building was constructed in 1905 and was originally used for the manufacture of curtains and drapery. Parella Electric then occupied the building for 25 years until the sale to United. John J. Lease Realtors was represented by Brian McGorman and Richard Lease.
