McDermott of JF Real Estate represents landlord in 3,600 s/f lease
JF Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, located at 2 Clinton Sq., brokered a lease for the U.S. Small Business Administration at The Syracuse Building located at 224 Harrison St. The SBA leased 3,600 s/f and will be relocating from its current operations at 401 South Salina St. later this year.
Martin McDermott, senior vice president at JF Real Estate represented the landlord.
