McCrossen joins Jaspan Schlesinger LLP as partner

Garden City, NY Bryan McCrossen has joined Jaspan Schlesinger LLP as a partner in the real estate practice group. McCrossen's practice covers a broad range of commercial real estate matters that includes sales, acquisitions, financing, property development, joint ventures, assemblages, leasing and land use.

McCrossen has significant experience representing clients nationwide, including real estate investment trusts and institutions, in the sale, acquisition, financing and refinancing of office buildings, hotels, multi-family properties, industrial facilities and shopping centers, in addition to implementing 1031 tax deferred exchanges, representing landlords and tenants in the leasing and subleasing of office, industrial, retail and catering space and representing owners in the negotiation of construction contracts and agreements with architects.
