M.C. O’Brien arranges four leases in Brooklyn: 40,850 s/f

Brooklyn, NY According to M.C. O’Brien, Inc., they have arranged office leases totaling 40,850 s/f, during the second quarter of 2016.

Americare has renewed their lease at 2275 Coleman Street for 26,000 s/f of office space in Marine Park. Nick Zweig of  Locations Real Estate, Inc. acted for the tenant and the ownership was represented by William O’Brien, SIOR and Karen Cohen of M.C. O’Brien.

Clarimar Kids Corp. has signed a lease to occupy 10,000 s/f on the second floor  at 5226 5th Ave. in the Sunset Park neighborhood.  O’Brien, and Cohen were the sole brokers in this long-term lease.

In the third transaction, HeartShare Human Services of New York has signed a lease for 3,000 s/f in East Flatbush at 1353 Utica Ave. O’Brien, and Cohen were the sole brokers.

In the final lease, DB Grant Associates signed a lease for space at 2619 Atlantic Ave.  The storefront location is comprised of 1,850 s/f. O’Brien, and Cohen were the sole brokers.
