Matheos Realty sells six residential units in Flatbush for $775,000

Brooklyn, NY Matheos Realty Group closed on the $775,000 sale of 1827 Nostrand Ave. in the neighborhood of Flatbush. Matheos Realty Group founder & CEO, Peter Matheos and director, Isaiah Thomas represented the buyer and seller in the off market transaction.

The three story, 4,560 s/f multifamily property features six residential units, all two bedrooms with three renovated free-market units enticing prospects for future growth. The building was delivered fully occupied.
