Massey Knakal retained for mixed-use buildings

Massey Knakal Realty Services is pleased to announce that it has been retained on an exclusive basis to sell two mixed-use buildings. A four-story mixed-use property with a carriage house at 322 West 15th St. contains a total of 5,750 s/f, and 2,750 s/f of air rights. A six-story mixed-use building at 256 West 15th St. contains two retail units and 22 apartments. The property contains a total of 11,100 s/f. "These buildings lie in close proximity and offer upside potential for the ideal buyer," said Massey Knakal broker Brock Emmetsberger, head broker in charge of the sale.
