Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a 10-year, 6,000 s/f lease at 226 W. 37th St. for TWNZ. The showroom features 11 high-end women's clothing brands including lines by Yumi Kim, Lauren Conrad, Heather Hawkins and Amanda Uprichard. Built in 1924, the 17-story property is located at the center of the Fashion District in between Penn Station, Times Sq. and Grand Central.
