Marr of Conley Assocs. brokers $950,000 sale

Local #7 Plumbers & Steamfitters owned their facility at 307 Wolf Rd. for 20 years. However, positive growth of their business and training programs led to their need for a larger facility. Conley Associates was retained as a buyer broker. Conley assisted in identifying the requirements and market options, as well as negotiating and facilitating a purchase for a suitable property. Local #7 closed on the 16,000 s/f building at 18 Avis Dr. for $950,000. Business manager Ed Nadeau said, "Conley Associates was instrumental in the purchase of our new facility.
