Marks of MMCC arranges $870,000 Florida financing

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. (MMCC) has arranged an $870,000 25-year fixed-rate loan for the refinance of 430 Venice By-Pass North. Christopher Marks, an associate director at the firm's Manhattan office had arranged the financing package for this STNL building. Financing was provided by a Regional Bank at the seven-year fixed-rate of 5.25% and a 25-year amortization schedule. Loan to value was 65% and the deal was closed in 60 days.
