Dan Marks and Mike Hernandez are marketing the property. “This property presents a rare opportunity for both a user looking to move or expand their business into a privately-owned building, or an investor looking to acquire commercial property in one of the fastest growing submarkets in New York City,” said Hernandez, associate vice president at TerraCRG.
