MARK signs Interior Define to whole building lease

Brooklyn, NY MARK, a vertically integrated real estate investment business, has completed a lease for the entire building at 109 North Sixth St. The 8,300 s/f, two-story building will be occupied by custom furniture company and retailer Interior Define, a leading customizable DTC furniture brand offering thousands of upholstery items as well as dining, lighting and decor.

North Sixth St. is one of the main thoroughfares in Williamsburg and a burgeoning retail destination. As sole tenant of 109 North Sixth St., Interior Define will use the space to operate the new and refreshed retail concept known as Interior Define Studios.

Bennet Bark of RUE represented Interior Define in the real estate transaction, while MARK was represented by Hank O’Donnell and Roberto Rhett of Goodspace. Rebecca Clareman, Esq. of Lester Bleckner & Shaw LLP was the legal representation for MARK, while Interior Define was represented by John Neumann of Neumann Law LLC.

This is the first Brooklyn Define Studio for Interior Define, and the second in the NYC market.
