Margolin, Winer & Evens LLP has hosted "Beyond Location: Top Executives Talk Residential Real Estate," a discussion moderated by Lois Weiss, real estate journalist at the New York Post, featuring prominent panelists: Jeff Dvorett, vice president for development at Extell Development Co., Melissa Pianko, executive vice president of development at Gotham Construction Co. and Isabel Solmonson, associate real estate broker at Kleier Residential. The event was held on Thursday, January 9th at Club 101. More than 100 guests joined to hear Dvorett, Pianko and Solmonson offer their insight on how to survive and thrive in New York City's residential real estate market in 2014 and beyond.
