Marcus & Millichap reveals office expansion

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services expanded its Westchester County office according to John Kerin, president and chief executive officer. The Westchester office is located at 50 Main St. J.D. Parker, first vice president, will continue to oversee the office as its regional manager. "This new office expansion is further evidence of our deep commitment to the entire Westchester County market, said Parker. "This area represents the fifth-wealthiest county in the state, and as we continue to grow our market share in the region, our location in the heart of Westchester is ideal for serving the needs of investors." "Expanding our Westchester County office builds on our corporate strategy and further strengthens our position as the leading real estate investment services firm in the United States," said Gene Berman, executive vice president and managing director. In addition to its newly expanded offices in downtown White Plains, Marcus & Millichap also recently expanded its Manhattan office at 270 Madison Avenue to make room for the planned hiring of another 35 employees. The firm also opened a new office in Boston's financial district at 100 High Street. Together, these moves have significantly increased Marcus & Millichap's growing presence on the East Coast.
