Marcus & Millichap hires Svetlakou

Brooklyn, NY Marcus & Millichap has hired Alex Svetlakou to serve the interests of commercial real estate owners and investors.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Svetlakou worked for more than five years at Cushman & Wakefield where he specialized in the sale of investment real estate in South Brooklyn.

“I have been aware of the success Alex has achieved on behalf of his clients for quite some time and I am thrilled to welcome him to Marcus & Millichap,” says John Horowitz, vice president and regional manager of the firm’s Brooklyn office. “His strong connections in the South Brooklyn investment communities make him a great fit for our Brooklyn office.”

Svetlakou graduated from St. John’s University on a full athletic scholarship with majors in Finance and Economics.
