• 122 4th Ave.: A 6,000 s/f development site, sold for $2.1 million.  Shaun Riney and Jonathan Cypers had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer was also secured and represented by the team.

• 38-21 11th St.: A 9,750 s/f commercial development site in Queens, sold for $4.25 million. Jakub Nowak and Jonathan Eshaghian had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, was also secured and represented by the team.

• 473 Tompkins Ave.: A 4,624 s/f mixed-use property, sold for $1.925 million. Riney and Daniel Greenblatt and had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer was also secured and represented by the team.

• 712 A Greene Ave.: A 4-unit apartment property, sold for $1.3 million. Eric Eckhardt and Matthew Peters had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer was also secured and represented by the team.
