Shaun Riney, Michael Salvatico, Jonathan Cypers, and Preet Sabharwal from Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listings to market the properties on behalf of private investors. The buyers, developers, were secured and represented by Riney, Salvatico, and Cypers.
