Creare LLC, a contemporary men's and women's apparel and accessories company, committed to 1,700 s/f of space, while Six Degrees, a high-end sportswear company, renewed its 2,100 s/f lease in the 460,000 s/f property, 530 Seventh Ave., owned by Savitt Partners and located in the Fashion District at 39th St.
The Savitt Partners, father-son team of Marc Schoen and Michael Schoen represented Six Degrees and acted on behalf of the ownership in the renewal transaction. The team also negotiated the Creare lease, while Brett Marlin of Adams and Co. Real Estate represented the tenant.
In both transactions the landlord worked closely with the tenants throughout the negotiation process to avoid any disruption to their day-to-day business operations. Previously located at 1385 Broadway, Creare LLC relocated its showrooms and offices to a tower floor space at 530 Seventh Ave.
