Mancuso has arranged a 10-year, 27,000 s/f lease in the former Batavia Pepsi Cola distribution building, now known as the The Crickler Business Center. SolarX, a sunglass and holiday ornament distribution company has selected the property, located on 319 - 327 West Main St., as their primary distribution site to service their national client list. Mancuso & Son, Inc., represented both sides of the transaction. "We have repositioned the facility as a full service business center. Since the transition we have signed deals on 35,000 ft. of warehouse/distribution space and 4,000 ft. of executive office suites. Tenants share a receptionist, conference rooms, lunch rooms," said Mancuso. "Given the current climate we are pleased with the activity and very happy to have SolarX operating in WNY," he said.
