Oakdale, NY Nick Malagisi, national director of self storage for Sperry Van Ness International, has assisted in the disposition of Pond Rd. S. Self Storage, a 45,200 net rentable s/f facility located at 4038 Sunrise Highway to Metro Storage, a national owner/operator of self storage properties. The facility is all single-story construction, except for the two-story office, and consists of 417 rental units, outdoor parking and a Penske truck franchise. Malagisi was assisted in the transaction by Stephen McKnight of SV Knight Realty. Malagisi also completed the sale of a former 84 Lumber site located at 1184 Rte. 112, Port Jefferson. The property sold to a local partnership for redevelopment into a self storage facility.
