Majerovsky of Citywide Properties brokers lease for Eastern Air Couriers

Eastern Air Couriers, Inc. has signed a 5 year lease for 2,000 s/f of the entire 4th floor at 144 West 37th St., leaving 1,000 s/f available for lease with a rent in the $30s per s/f. Sasha Majerovsky of Citywide Properties, Inc. who represented the tenant and landlord said, "I had several offers in for the same space from various companies who wanted to stay in the Garment area, but had to relocate due to their current buildings being converted into residential."
