Majerovsky of Citywide consumates long-term lease

Sasha Majerovsky, vice president of Citywide Properties, Inc, has consumated a long-term lease for a portion of the 5th floor  located at 135 West 29th St. for The National Yiddish Theatre-Folksbiene. Although the details of the transaction were undisclosed, the 12-story, 84,000 s/f  building built in 1928 and located in the Chelsea submarket  has asking rents in the mid to high 30s per s/f. The building's 24/7 attended lobby was recently renovated. The  space itself  with six windows, private bathroom, high ceilings and open area is well suited for the theatre's specific needs.
