Majerovsky negotiates 1,700 s/f lease at 135 West 29th St., Manhattan

Sasha Majerovsky, vice president of Citywide Properties, Inc, has negotiated a long-term lease for a portion of the 5th floor, 1,700 s/f, located at 135 West 29th St. for The National Yiddish Theatre-Folksbiene. Although the details of the transaction were undisclosed, the 12-story, 84,000 s/f building built in 1928 and located in the Chelsea submarket has asking rents in the mid to high 30s per s/f. Majerovsky represented the tenant and Ilan Mosery of MFM Properties, (owner) represented the building.
