Mainthow of Cushman & Wakefield represents tenant in 16,113 s/f lease
NEW YORK, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 10-year, 16,113 s/f lease for entertainment company, Anonymous Content, at Vornado Realty Trust’s 155 Spring St. Anonymous Content will occupy the entire 2nd and 3rd floors of the building.
Cushman & Wakefield Director David Mainthow represented the tenant.
“155 Spring St. is a premier location for creative, expanding businesses,” said David Mainthow of Cushman & Wakefield. “This expansion will accommodate the tenant’s continued growth and enable them to attract and retain top talent.”
Founded in 1999 by CEO Steve Golin, Anonymous Content is a production and management company that manages exceptional directors, writers, actors and comedians.
155 Spring St. is a six-story boutique office building totals 49,000 square feet. Tenants include The Bar Method, DJULA, APM Monaco and Luana. Centrally located in SoHo, 155 Spring Street is surrounded by retail shopping, dining, hotels and entertainment. Situated between West Broadway and Wooster, the property is easily accessible via the MTA’s N, Q, R, W, and A, C, E subway lines.
