MacClarence, MacAffer and Mangini of CBRE-Albany collaborate to sell Guilderland retail building for $525,000

Guilderland, NY CBRE-Albany completed the sale of 1438 Western Ave. This is the former Passonno Paints retail store at the intersection of McKown Rd. which is a 3,860 s/f building on a one-acre site.

Tom MacClarence and John MacAffer of CBRE-Albany represented the seller, PC Realty and Andrew Mangini of CBRE-Albany represented the purchaser, It’s A Wonderful Life, Inc. 

The property transferred for $525,000 on August 7th. Passonno Paints retail is still open in Watervliet.
