MacAffer of CBRE secures two sales totaling $770,000; Elkind and Davitt of CBRE close $546,000

According to CB Richard Ellis-Albany, the firm has closed three recent sales: Ann MacAffer, CCIM of CBRE-Albany closed the sale of Unit 309, 18 Division St. in Saratoga Springs which is a 2,685 s/f office condo. The space is located in a five-story condo building known as the Lofts at 18 Division St. H & V Realty sold the property to Century Health Capital, Inc. for $375,000. MacAffer has also completed the sale of 18 Kairnes St. in Colonie, which is a 13,519 s/f warehouse facility within the Railroad Ave. industrial corridor. Hoffman Development Corporation purchased the property for $395,000. Jonathan Elkind and Dan Davitt of CBRE-Albany have completed of the sale at 3 Walker Way in Colonie. Adirondack Glassworks, LLC purchased the building from MEH Realty, LLC. 3 Walker Way is a 7,910 s/f warehouse facility on .52 acres in the Clark Industrial Park. The property sold for $546,000. CBRE-Albany was the broker of record for this transaction.
