MacAffer of CBRE/Albany brokers $990,000 warehouse sale
CB Richard Ellis/Albany has completed the sale of 12 Access Rd. Ann MacAffer, CCIM of CBRE represented the seller, JMS Warehousing Company Inc. in this transaction. Weichert Realtors Northeast Group represented the purchaser, Selkirk Warehouses Inc.
This 23,150 s/f steel warehouse/distribution building is situated on the east side of Access Rd., two blocks south of Central Ave. The building features 22' ceiling heights, four tractor trailer height loading docks, one step van height door, and one overhead door at grade. The new owner plans to use the building for their business. The property transferred for $990,000.
