Lynch of Trinity Real Estate reps landlord in 13,252 s/f lease to One Kings Lane

One Kings Lane has signed a five-year lease for 13,252 s/f at 205 Hudson St. in the Hudson Sq. neighborhood. "One Kings Lane reflects both the high-tech and creative energies that make Hudson Sq. such a unique and dynamic community," said Jason Pizer, president of Trinity Real Estate. "We are delighted to welcome the company to the neighborhood." One Kings Lane was represented by Peter Gross of Williamson Picket Gross and Trinity Real Estate was represented by Tom Lynch. Originally constructed in 1928, 205 Hudson St. is situated at the corner of Canal and Hudson St. The 12-story, 386,785 s/f building features 24/7 security and tenant access, on-site management and is home to a diverse range of tenants including The Ladders, Serge Nivelle Photography and Apogee Events' TriBeCa Rooftop.
