Lupo and Niblock of Friedman-Roth Realty complete $21.5 million sale

Friedman-Roth Realty Services arranged the sale of five Eastside apartment buildings. The properties are located at 305 East 56th St. , 315 east 57th St. and 167-169-171 East 99th St. Combined, the properties contain 78 apartments, one office and one retail space with a total of 41,365 s/f. The buildings were all owned by the same family for over 40 years. The combined selling price for the properties was $21.5 million. Eric Lupo and George Niblock were the brokers in this transaction.
