New York, NY Lilker Associates Consulting Engineers, a building systems engineering, energy, lighting and technology firm, has promoted the following professionals in its NYC office:

Jenny Medovaya, PE, a senior associate at Lilker Associates was named director of the firm’s growing Healthcare Studio. Medovaya has more than 20 years of healthcare and life sciences planning, project management and design experience helping organizations advance their quality of care. As Lilker’s healthcare director, she provides strategic consulting and design services to a roster of world class clients.

Eric Chan, PE, was promoted to senior associate, associate director of institutional projects. An expert in electrical design and power distribution, Chan provides design and project management for electrical upgrades, additions and new construction for the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) and other institutions throughout the city.

Helen Castle, an electrical engineer, was promoted to senior associate. Her main area of expertise is in design and project management for corporate facilities—including for fit outs, renovations, additions, adaptive reuse and conversions.

John Sapia, RCDD, CTS, was promoted to senior associate in its Technology Solutions Group (TSG). While taking on increased responsibility, he will continue working with a broad range of clients on their telecom needs as a design engineer and project manager.
