Lightstone signs two leases totaling 40,000 s/f
The Lightstone Group completed 40,000 s/f in long-term lease extensions at two of its properties in the Airline/Jefferson region. BlueCross BlueShield signed a 20,000 s/f lease extension at 11965 Lakeland Park Blvd. This location will serve as a warehouse and distribution center. At 6565 Exchequer Dr., Sunbelt Supply Co. has extended its lease for its 20,000 s/f. The location is primarily utilized as a warehouse and distribution center for their large inventory of equipment.
