Lieberman of Resolution RE completes two leases totaling 6,350 s/f on Seventh Ave.

New York, NY Evan Lieberman, senior director/Leasing, Resolution Real Estate Partners LLC, a member of NAI Global, continues to secure new “homes” for fashion-focused businesses on New York’s Seventh Ave. His two newest leases comprise Now Trending, LLC and Apparel Solutions Inc.

Now Trending, LLC, a manufacturer and wholesaler of moderately priced womenswear, such as the Be Divine label, has signed a five-year lease for 2,950 s/f at 526 Seventh Ave. The sublessor, SMC 526 Seventh LLC, was represented by Mark Gindi of MJ Property Group and the asking rent was $36 per s/f.

Apparel Solutions, also a manufacturer and wholesaler of moderately priced womenswear, including the popular discount brand Indigo Moon, is subleasing a 3,400 s/f office and showroom at 530 Seventh Ave. for three years and four months. Representing the sublessor, R & C Fashion Inc., was Jared Sternberg of Kaufman Leasing Company and the asking rent was $45 per s/f. 

“Helping keep fashion businesses in New York’s renowned Garment District is important to me,” said Lieberman. “The rich history of this special business district is significant and unique to the culture of our city.” 

Working with Lieberman on both transactions was Michael Dylan of Inceptum, Inc.
