Licata of Rand Commercial sells 52 room
Table Rock for $11 million

Sloatsburg, NY Rand Commercial brokered the $11 million sale of 150 Sister Servants Ln., known as Table Rock. The 40,525 s/f estate was built in 1902 for the great-grandson of Alexander Hamilton.

The property features 52 rooms, most with fireplaces, on 40.32 acres and was formerly occupied by St. Mary’s Villa Retreat House.

The four-story property will be the new home to The Ranch Hudson Valley, a spa owned by The Ranch Malibu. The addition of the spa/hotel will add jobs and increase tourism to Rockland County.

Donna Licata of Rand represented the seller and Tuxedo Hudson Realty represented the buyer.

Paul Adler, Esq., chief strategy officer of Rand Commercial said, “This transaction exemplifies our motto Building Better Communities With Rand Commercial. We are extraordinarily proud of the good work and talents of our own Donna Licata.”
