Levy of Adams & Co. secures 3,092 s/f for Accessories House NY; Also reps landlord: Thirty West Thirty Third Associates

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC, one of Manhattan's premier full-service real estate firm specializing in property management, brokerage and consulting servicess, brokered a 3,092 s/f new lease at 10 West 33rd St. for Accessories House NY, LLC. David Levy, principal of Adam's & Co., represented the tenant and the landlord, Thirty West Thirty Third Associates in the transaction. Although the full details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking price was $50 per s/f. The company plans to use the space as general and executive offices as well as a fashion accessory showroom. "We're excited to welcome another promising accessory company to the space in the Fashion Accessory Center," said Levy. "The existing tenants have had great success expanding their brands in this centrally located building and we expect Accessories House NY to flourish as well." Accessories House NY is a wholesale accessory manufacturer specializing in jewelry and handbags. The company was started in 2009. Built in 1914, 10 West 33rd St. is a 12-story, 319,200 s/f building. Notable tenants include A Classic Time Watch Co., Barganza, Global Design Concepts and Gina Group, with retail tenants Legends Bar & Grill, BCD Tofu House, and United States Post Office.
