Adams represented the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates, and the tenant in the transaction. * A 2,024 s/f renewal for Arons' Manufacturing Corp. Adams represented the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates, and the tenant in the transaction. * A 1,001 s/f new lease for Skyler Group LLC. Adams represented the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates, and the tenant in the transaction. * A 447 s/f new lease for Deb and Dave Accessories LLC. Adams represented the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates, and the tenant in the transaction.
