* A four-year 1,110 s/f lease for Market Distributors Corp. Levy represented the landlord while Joey Friedman of Adams represented the tenant.
* A three-year, 988 s/f lease for Ebisu Import, Inc. Levy represented the landlord and Michael Stock of Winslow & Co., LLC represented the tenant.
