Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a five-year, 5,970 s/f lease at 463 Seventh Ave. for Jazzman Sportswear Corp., a sports apparel and accessories company. The space will be used for general and executive offices as well as showroom purposes.
Jazzman markets Red Snap men's and boy's sportswear in department and specialty stores including Macy's, JC Penney and Dillard's, nationwide.
David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. Although details of the lease were undisclosed, the asking price for the space was $44 per s/f.
"We are thrilled to place Jazzman Sportswear in such a great fashion building with other major apparel players," said Levy. "The company will benefit from this high-traffic location in the heart of the Fashion District."
Built in 1925, the 22-story property has 24-hour security and FedEx and USPS drop-off service.
