David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the landlord and tenant. * A six-year, 2,009 s/f lease for Claudio Nucci. Levy represented both the landlord and tenant. * A four-year, 902 s/f lease for E Chabot Ltd. Levy represented both the landlord and tenant. * A five-year, 882 s/f lease at for I Love Accessories Inc. Levy represented both the landlord and tenant. "10 West 33rd St. is a building synonymous with fashion accessories companies and is highly sought after," said Levy.
