Levy of Adams & Co. brokers 5,376 s/f for Knoles & Carter; also reps landlord Arsenal Company LLC

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC, Manhattan's premier full-service real estate firm specializing in property management, brokerage and consulting services, brokered a 5,376 s/f new lease at 463 Seventh Ave. for Knoles & Carter. David Levy, principal of Adams & Co, represented the landlord, The Arsenal Company LLC, and the tenant. Although the details of the transaction were not disclosed, asking rent was $42 per s/f. Knoles & Carter plans to use the space as general and executive offices and well as showroom space for their men's and ladies apparel and outerwear. "Located in the heart of the Fashion District, the building is situated in a prime location for fashion and apparel tenants," said Levy. "463 Seventh Ave. is an ideal space for Knoles & Carter, as the building is home to a number of notable, high-end fashion tenants." Knoles & Carter is one of theleading outerwear manufacturers, well known for its fashion, fit and quality leathers.
