Levy of Adams & Co. brokers 30,906 s/f lease for Junior Gallery Ltd.
Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered an 11 year, 30,906 s/f lease renewal at 463 Seventh Ave. for Junior Gallery, Ltd., a fashion company.
The space will be used for general and executive offices as well as showroom purposes.
David Levy of Adams & Co. represented both the tenant and the landlord. Although details of the lease were undisclosed, the asking price for the space was $39 per s/f. Built in 1925, the 22 story property has 24 hour security and FedEx and USPS drop-off points. Renovations include new elevators and new windows.
Tenants include Nordstrom, American Utex and Redcats USA. The retail tenant roster includes Andrew's Coffee Shop, Federal Express and Kara New York.
"We are thrilled Gallery is renewing their lease in this Fashion District property," said Levy. "With many outerwear companies in the building, this has become a fashion outerwear center and is the perfect stpot for Gallery, a leader in the industry."
