Levy of Adams brokers 2,856 s/f to Straw Studios

Real Estate, LLC, Manhattan’s premier full-service real estate firm specializing in property management, brokerage and consulting services, brokered a 2,856 s/f lease for Straw Studios, LLC at 10 West 33rd St., known as the Fashion Accessories Center. David Levy, principal of Adams & Co., represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates. Straw Studios will use the sixth floor space as general and executive offices, in addition to a showroom for the accessory company. “10 West 33rd St. remains the premier showroom building for fashion accessory companies such as Straw Studios,” said Levy. “The building’s open and spacious showrooms will provide the company with countless opportunities to continue their growth and business development.” Straw Studios designs and produces hats and bags made from primarily natural materials. Built in 1914, 10 West 33rd St. is a 12-story, 319,200 s/f building. Notable tenants include A Classic Time Watch Co., AHQ, Inc., Global Design Concepts and Gina Group, with retail tenants Legends Bar & Grill, BCD Tofu House and United States Post Office.
