Leo J. Roth Corp.

The Leo J. Roth Corp. was founded in 1948 and in over three generations has grown from a roofing and sheet metal company to a full mechanical and roofing corp. The Roth family is committed to exceeding their customer's expectations and is driven to expand their services to meet the ever-changing needs of their clients. Leo Roth's vision was the cornerstone to their relationship based business and his philosophy carried over to the next two generations. His successor, Robert Roth, subtly shifted their resources from sheet metal and roofing to HVAC and roofing. It was under his leadership that the service department was started and the duct division was built. He did this working shoulder to shoulder with his brothers, brother-in-law and many dedicated craftsman. As time moved on, Tom Roth was elected president, Tom's cousin Don Fella elected VP and John VanBuren elected executive VP. This proved to be a very successful team. Tom and VanBuren provide the administrative, sales and engineering while Fella heads the expanding operations side of the equation. The company now employs over 225 people and has mechanical, sheet metal, plumbing, roofing, building automation, service and facility management divisions.
