Lefkowitz and Byers of Rosenberg & Estis reps firm in 16,456 s/f lease at The Durst Org.’s 733 Third Avenue

Manhattan, NY According to The Durst Org., Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. (R&E) signed a 10-year lease for 16,456 s/f on the entire 15th floor and renewed on the entire 12th and 14th floors at 733 Third Ave., bringing their total s/f at the property to 51,778 s/f.  R&E has been a tenant at the Durst property since 1993, when they first signed a lease for the 14th floor. In addition to R&E’s three floors at the building, employees have access to their private 2,009 s/f terrace overlooking Third Ave. 733 Third Ave. features 7,000 s/f of green roofs and outdoor terraces. This year, the property was LEED GOLD certified under LEED v4 Existing Buildings: Operations + Maintenance. Energy Star-certified, the property is ranked in the top 20% of most energy efficient buildings in the U.S.

R&E was represented by members, Michael Lefkowitz and William Byers. Durst was represented in-house by executive VP Tom Bow and managing director Ashley Mays.
