Lee & Associates NYC reps. Lucid in 39th Floor lease at 295 Madison Avenue

New York, NY Lee & Associates NYC has represented Lucid Management and Capital Partners LP (“Lucid”), a specialized fixed income asset management firm, in a 3,900 s/f lease for office space at 295 Madison Ave. Lucid will occupy the entire 39th floor as its global headquarters. Lee & Associates NYC previously represented the firm in 2021 when they moved into this space as a subtenant and have now arranged a direct lease with the building’s ownership.

A Lee & Associates team of Alan Friedman and Woody King represented Lucid in the transaction. The landlord, Eretz Group, was represented by Nick Mok.

“In the heart of the Midtown financial district, 295 Madison Ave. proved to be the perfect location for Lucid Management—providing access to everything they might need and allowing ample square footage for continued growth of their $2.6 billion asset management business,” said Friedman, executive managing director of Lee & Associates NYC. “Following a successful year subleasing this space, the firm can officially call it home.”

Located in the 45-story Lefcourt Colonial Building, 295 Madison Ave. is situated off 41st St. near several major transit hubs including Grand Central Station, as well as the Bryant Park, and Herald Square subway stations.
